Please help:

My husband is Us citizen and I ( German citizen) received my temporary Green Card a year ago so I won't be able to file for Lifting of Condition for almost 9 months. Now however my husband was offered a job in the UK for 3 years. He is a civilian Contractor and we would be on official Orders. So here is my questions. How will I be able to keep my status????

After everything we went through with USICS I hate to go through everything again 3 years from now...any advise???

A conditional resident may file to remove conditions while living abroad - this would be allowable in your case since you will have active government orders (the other exception would be Active Duty Military). Essentially most steps are the same as if you lived here in the US except you would need to include some extra initial evidence (particularly related to the biometrics).

Once granted - you would have a 10-year non-conditional PR/Green Card. There is a better explanation on the instructions pages of the I-751.
