I too am a November filer....no touch, no Noa2... :( playing the waiting game......12/3 was the last touch right after they recieved on 11/30...

Hello VJ community - more precisely K1 filers from November going through the Vermont Service Center!

Quick question for all of you: Did anyone receive a NO2 yet or RFEs? Let me know! My fiance and I filed in late November, and, yes I know it hasn't been 5 months yet, but we haven't had any updates on our file since December 1st when it was last touched...

11/30/09 Received application at VSC

11/30/09 NOA 1

12/03/09 touch

3/19/2010 NOA 2 (approval) :)

3/25/2010 NVC received case (case is an "expedited case"??)

3/26/2010 NOA 2 hardcopy received in the mail

3/29/2010 NVC forwarded case to Dublin- sent DHL

3/31/2010 Case was signed for at Dublin Consulate

4/13/2010 Packet 3 received

5/07/2010 Sent letter and email to embassy...no word on interview????

5/11/2010 Embassy called saying we did nots ubmit ds 230 with "notice of readiness"

5/11/2010 Mailed in ds 230

5/17/2010 Embassy called stating ds 230 was not the right "version" (got it off this site..fyi)

5/21/2010 Received the "right" version of ds 230/filled it out/sent it back to embassy

6/04/2010 Received interview date!! (finally)

6/08/2010 Interview at U.S Embassy/Dublin!!!!!!***approval pending receipt of a copy of divorce decree :( (one that is a certified copy)

6/17/2010 Visa arrived in the mail!!!!

6/19/2010 Joseph arrives in the U.S. :)

7/02/2010 Married!!! Honeymoon in Sanibel Island, Florida

8/24/2010 Uscis recieved AOS, EAD, AP packet

8/31/2010 NOA-Rejection notice...sent too much money, had to send correct amt

9/16/2010 AOS, EAD, AP recieved by USCIS with correct amt.

9/23/2010 recieved appt for biometrics (10/20)

10/04/2010 recieved RFE, forgot to sign a document. Signed and returned.

10/20/2010 Biometrics appt.

same here no info since nov 30 with noa 1 no touch no noting...... so i wonder if anyting really happens... i see huge room with all these files. collecting dust. and the box with the most dust gets vaccumed and moved on.. hhahahhahaaha

just joking

have wonderful day and we should all keep our timelines up do date ....vj showing i should be acted on in mar 15 to 22...but that started at end of jan then moved to feb and now end of march

K1 Journey : Total length (from filing I-129F till Visa in hand) : 190 days (~6.3 month)

NOA1 issued : 11 - 09 - 2009 (6 days)

NOA2 issued : 02 - 26 - 2010 (109 days) (OMG!!!! was about time)

Interview date : 05 - 12 - 2010 (75 days) Approved !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AoS / EAD Journey : Total length (from filing I-485 / I-765 till Green Card in hand) : 115 days (~3.8 month)

I-485 / I-765 sent : 06 - 21 - 2010

NOA1 for AoS & EAD : 07 - 02 - 2010 (11 days)

Biometrics walk-in : 08 -02 - 2010 (was scheduled for 08 - 20 - 2010) (31 days)

EAD card received : 09 - 06 - 2010 (17 days)

Green-Card received : 11 - 01 - 2010 (56 days)

No Touch Here!!! and its killing mejava script:add_smilie(":dead:","smid_22") Our NOA1 was Nov. 27th with no touch since 12-1-09. There have been a handful of NOA1 from Nov. 27th approved and some with and RFE's but it seems to be at a stand still at the moment. It is going painfully slow.

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

We filled on the 20th of november and ours was approved on the 26th of feburay. It seems they are working on november as we speak so it shouldnt be long before you hear something.

Our NOA1 was received on 11/3/2009, NOA 2 was received on 3/2/2010. Yours shouldnt be long. God bless you.
