heres the deal:

ive been with my gf in the philippines for a year now.,im back in usa now and she is 3 months pregnant with my baby,i want to file k1 visa now ,but i have a feeling when the time comes for her to go to manila for the interview that they wont let her fly because she is pregnant past 7 months., i wanted to get this paperwork in as soon as possible, and also i will go back to be with her thru her pregnancy, but then i wont be working ,and how will immigration look at that when i have to show my income?i can have a letter from employer saying i have a job when i return and also i can have a cosponsor no problem.,,.,will they deny becuz im in philippines to be with her and not working?what are my best ways out? should i get married in the philippines?instead of k1?but doesnt that visa take longer if i marry outside usa? geez.

thanks to all for taking time to read all this

I doubt you'll get the visa before the baby is born, one way or the other. Manila is very strict on co-sponsors, and doesn't usually accept them for K1, especially if it is not a close family member. If you can afford to spend significant time in the Philipines, and can reside there legally, I would do DCF for a CR-1 spousal visa; ie go over, get married, and once you have been residing legally in the Philipines for 6 months, you can file for the spousal visa directly via the embassy, which only takes a few weeks- much faster than any visa via the USA. They do generally acceptco-sponsors for those visas, or you may have assets you can use.
