Hi to all!... Im new here..please help me smile.gif.. my boyfriend and I had a 1 year old son and his planning to bring us to the US.. im going to apply for K1 visa and k2 for my son. my questions are:

- Does my son need a Philippine passport to travel with me to the US?

- Does he need a DNA test to prove that he is the son of my US citizen fiancee?..

PLEASE HELP ME!

If he's the child of a US citizen, he'll need a Consular Report of Birth Abroad and as US Passport. To get those, there may or may not be DNA testing involved; it's up to the consular officer. Contact your local consulate or check their website for more information.
