nvc sent us a incomplete documents for ds 230.

they need us to send the Bc & MC again.

we did sent the certified copy of these certified by Attorney at law Notary Public & Commissioner for Oaths.

We sent PCC we got from Police Headquarters

but they need Police Clearance Certificate again.

really we don't understand

The BC and MC needs to be the same one that you get issued from the vital statistics or similar. You cant make a photocopy and have it notorized. As far as the police certificates, I dont know.

Birth certificates and marriage certificates from the Registrar General. In theory, they have some signature or stamp or seal from that office. The NVC will only accept copies from the issuing office, the Registrar General in this case. Notarized copies don't bear enough weight here.

Here are the issues you might be having with your case, hence you got RFEs. (I believe)

1. You sent notarized copies of marriage/birth certificate. NVC required you to send originals or certified copies of the originals issue by the original registers office.
