if ur k1 was denied ,is there any form u can file with the uscis to find out the reason for the return in the memorandum that the DOS or CO wrote was the reason for denial.we are getting ready to re file and we will like to know what ths CO said in his report.any ideas will help.or which other way can u obtain that information.thxs

You would have received a denial letter that said why.

the blue paper only said that "it was for immigration purposes" and that was all.just read a thread that u should overcome the denial reason b/4 re file or they will send u NOID.uscis sent us a letter that stated that our case has expired and we can reply.so confused help.....

They believed based on your evidence and the interview that you do no have a valid relationship. You may be able to send in extra info and take another interview but you both better have a lot of explanation and solid proofs.
