Confused again ! :blink: Once Uscis approves the petition and sends it on to NVC will we be informed from NVC by mail ? How many of you actually received a letter from NVC with an actual NVC case number ? How long it usually takes ( from the Uscis approval ) ?

Yes, you will be notified with a letter from NVC via snail mail with number. I received mine just under 10 days.

01/05/12 - Mailed I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions.

01/09/12 - Petiton arrived us VSC.

11/15/12 - Wife Received ten year PR Card.

if you dont want to wait..call tomorrow or everyday this week to NVC to check the AVR system you can check it with your USCIS number..if you hear that a Case number has been assigned to you call again to speak to an operator and give your email of both of you so they can send you the aos fee and choice of agent..dont wait for the mail..

03-31-10........AVR inputted Case Complete

06-02-2010...Medical Exam @consultorio de visas,Sto Dgo.

06-16-2010....Interview @ Santo Domingo 7.30 A.M. APPROVED

08-06-2010..... POE date @ Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta.. connecting flight to Washington DC
