Daughter's birth certificate : No name

I will be filing concurrently (one step application) for my daughter. She is 10 yrs old, and her birth certificate from India does not have any names on it. Furthermore, my wife's name is wrongly spelled(instead of one "i", it has two "e"s). I have two passports with all correct information.

Will it affect the processing or I should try to get a duplicate certificate from India (which will be a pain in neck) ?

We got our H1/H4 visa processed with this birth certificate 4 times(original for 1 year, then extension, then another extension and one concurrent ) and it worked like a charm. I did not realize the mistake until I started reading the forms.
