US embassy/consulate locations in Australia

I am a US citizen filling out the I-129F for my K-1 visa. On Part B Question 20, the question is, "your fincee will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate at:"

My girlfriend lives in Brisbane......there is a consulate in Sydney but a "virtual consulate" in Brisbane--whatever that means.

So my question is which city should I put down for the consulate? I am not sure if "virtual consulate" counts.

Sydney is the only consulate in all of Australia that processes K1 visas so write Sydney, Australia. (I wrote Melbourne 'cause I didn't know this at the time but it didn't affect anything).

Also, in my signature there are 3 threads. Have your fiancee (she's your fiancee now!) have a read of the K1 and Aussie chat one so she can start getting to know the processes specific to Australia so she's prepared. It'll take around 3 months before she gets NOA2 (sometimes a little quicker or slower) and at that time it tends to move pretty quick (for most).
