So we're working on sending back our checklist and DS-230 part 1 to the embassy, I noticed in the instructions that it says to fill out the DS-230 part 1 which are the first two pages of the form, the second two pages are Part 2, do these get faxed back as well or do they get brought with to the interview?

Also, we emailed the embassy a week and a half ago about a question we were having about his son's birth certificate (did post on here about it but its a very special situation so had to contact them directly) we haven't heard back yet, at what point do we call? And is it ok to call? We'll be interviewing at Vancouver.

Robin

Thanks in advance!!

You should send the second two pages back, after you fill them out, but don't sign part II. You do need to fill out the entire form, but you don't sign part two until you are specifically told to at the consulate.

for a k1 visa you do not need part 2. Only the part 1.

Ooo, good catch. Missed the K-1 part. My apologies for the misinformation!
