March Interview (CR1)

Hello everyone! :D

My interview is getting closer.. and i am currently getting all my docs done.. i just wanna make sure that i didn't miss anything.. here are my docs:

Folder 1 - Personal Documents - BC,MC,CEMAR,NBI Clearance,PCC (from my hometown)

Folder 2 - Documents from USCIS & NVC (Copy of I-130,G-325A,NOA1 & 2, AOS & IV Receipts, Appointment Letter)

Folder 3 - Copy of AOS Package (I-864) & Copy of DS230 package

Folder 4 - Emails (from 2004-present)

Folder 5 - Chatlogs, snapshots & screenshots

Folder 6 - Wedding and Vacation Pictures

Folder 7 - Boarding passes, Itineraries, copy of passports (PI & US passports showing stamp dates of arrival & departure),and receipts during vacation in PI

- plus greeting cards we sent to each other thru snail mail, gifts and remittances

i will also bring with me extra pictures which i compiled in an ordinary photo album(the one with clear plastics that i got from the photo shop for free) just in case the consul will ask for more pics..

what do you think fellow vjer's. am i good to go?.. it's getting closer and it gets so exciting and nerve wracking at the same time!..

i do hope and pray i'll bring home the pink!

03/06/2014 - submitted DS-261

03/07/2014 - paid AOS Fee

03/19/2014 - sent AOS package

03/25/2014 - paid IV Fee

03/29/2014 - submitted DS260

03/31/2014 - sent DS-260(IV) civil documents

04/08/2014 - IV and AOS Checklist (I864A - incomplete information (place of residence))

04/09/2014 - sent AOS checklist

04/21/2014 - false AOS checklist

05/07/2014 - email notification for case complete

05/14/2014 - received appointment interview letter via email

05/15/2014 - CEAC status "In Transit" to consulate (US Embassy, Manila)

06/11/2014 - interview @ 6:15am (PASSED)

06/11/2014 - CEAC status "ISSUED" (visa is authorized for printing)

07/??/2014 - flight to US POE Detroit

If you were previously married and divorced throw in a certified copy of your final decree, if not, you look to be in good shape. Congrats in advance, I bet you do just fine :thumbs:

As you know, my fiancee's interview is on March 15 -- and just like you, we are both getting really anxious... double checking and triple checking all the documents we have... my flight to manila is tomorrow night and hopefully i have everyting...

Not sure of the required documents for CR1, but your folders to prove bonafide relationship looks awesome! i think you're good to go! :thumbs:

hi calico1! i am not previously married and so is my hubby that's is why a divorce decree does not apply to us.. thanks for the reminder.. i do hope and pray for the approval we've been waiting for.. thanks again!.. :D
