I suppose it's a good idea - but how about we get a Canadian company to make the materials - geez.

Probably more economical to buy existing stock than start R&D to make it completely Canadian from the start. Maybe a Canadian company can take it over after some R&D.

I was in Mexico a few yrs ago and they had these types of bills. They were great for when you hit the pool or ocean with money in your pockets!! The bills were really durable, you couldn't tear them like you can the current bills. I really liked them.
