My spouse is currently residing with me in the US, but will be departing for her home country soon. We're filing the I-130 before our departure, and was wondering if the addresses (in part B and C) at the time of filing should match if we're both in the same location?

Yes, correct. Visiting...

Though the form says "Information about your relative"..."2. Address"

Her perm address is Peru, though she's here by my side in the USA.

What payxibka means is that your wife's current residence is in Peru. It's not here in the States with you. Yes, she may be next to you now, but her home is still in Peru. Fill in her Peruvian address.

Your spouse is visiting you in the USA. Unless she has a green card already, she is not "residing" in the US legally. The I-130 should reflect her "residence" address, not the address she is "visiting".
