i 864 confused

hello everybody,

I am sponsoring my wife and son and they both have seperate nvc case number. I was told that i have to fill out two i 864 one for my wife and one for my son. Now i am cofused on Part 3 of the form i don't understand which item to select 8 or 9 . Also part 3 item 10 what will be the total number. Then on part 5 what will be the total number of household size. Do i need to mention my son name in my wife's Aos . Please if somebody could help me in the matter. Is there any sample form of I 864 .

More details are required to answer your question with confidence but if your wife and son have separate NVC case numbers then you are on the CR1 and CR2 visa path, not K3. Take literally, the instructions not to count anybody twice, no matter how strange it seems to put zero in the spouse space. For both affidavits, you select both 8 and 9 in part 3. Don't count anybody twice. Item 10 will be 2 immigrants, your spouse and stepson.

i Have some Questions regarding to the form AOS I-864

let me introduce my case first.

My wife and my little son he has one year 4 months, they are waiting in Colombia for the case be completed and get all paperwork to come to US.

when i filed the form to USCIS I-130 and 129f with the receipt of I-130 for my wife i listed my son in the same form in the section C.

i get approved letter for both cases from USCIS and they sent my cases to NVC but someone tell me when NVC Receive both Cases to the Same time the I-129F is closed automatically.

I Received the case number from NVC and 2 days later i received the Choice of agent and I-864 bill, i sent the DS-3032 the same day and two days later i received confirmation DS-3032 has been accepted and assigned Visa IR1. i pay the I-864.

but in all paperwork i received from nvc they never mentioned my son only my wife, i dont know my son is going to get visa?

and the other question is in the form I-864 on part 3,

i got to check both boxes o just one and i got to put my wife name and my son or just my son please help me.

is this question i got to put my friend name and her annual income?

e. The person listed above,--------------------does not need to

complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has noaccompanying dependents leave that one uncheck Right?

Unless you filed an I-130 for your son, he will not be invited to apply for a visa. If you didn't file an I-130 for him, get it filed now.
