I filed I-360 last December 2009, received a RFE (good moral character, etc.) between Jan & Feb 2010, submitted my add'l docs last Feb 2010, and just got my Prima Facie last Mar 2, 2010; when I checked my case status the other day it indicated that USCIS sent me another RFE #2. I'm just wondering what else would they asked for? Have you guys experienced getting more than 1 RFE? I also concurrently filed my I-485 and I-765 but haven't heard any for these two? Your inputs are much appreciated.

Hi joeUS,

I think you should wait for your RFE. There is no need to worry about and there are peoples you got two RFE and got approved after they send the reply. So just relax. About your 1-485 and I-765, have you received your NOA 1 for these? Any action on 1-485 is taken only after your 1-360 approval. But you may get 1-765 approved in the meanwhile. Please keep us updated about your progress. I wish all the best.

Hi meallaalone,

Its quite normal to have rfe and can you please tell what they have asked for? When did you file your case? If you tell what exactly they asked for then senior members can help you. Good Luck. Keep us updated?

Hi Joe,

Did you got your second rfe? What did they ask for?
