Yes, I am a newbie here and after reading some of the timelines I am wondering, what does "touched" mean? I appreciate you all being here to answer these questions!!

The point is that people like to know that there particular case is being looked at, give's them a kind of relief to actually know that something is being done, so weather you approve or not is neither here nor there, as long as that particular person feels something is being done then there is no harm in telling people.

The problem was you received your NOA2 in two weeks, so you would not understand! When other or most members have had to wait 3, 4, 6 or more months.

People should be hapy if their petition is being looked at-it gives a little comfort while you are waiting. It is horrible sitting around NOT knowing what is going on with your petition-is it lost? is it in the freaking trash? When mine gets "touched" you can bet I will post it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree! I will be very happy if my case get's touched as well, and will include it in my signature! Like Peter said, not all of us get our petitions approved in 2 weeks! :whistle:

Sometimes just a glimmer of hope is what gets us through this whole long drawn out bureaucratic procedure!
