Hello Fellow Members,

How are you all doing? Hope all of us are in great shape. Just wanna ask a quick questions regarding filling out I-864.

Questions:

1. The I-864 form has 19 pages including the instructions.do i need to print all those 19 pages or just the 8 pages of the form where the information and signature is needed?

2. There are 2 minor benefeciaries on the I-130 filed. Should I make 1 affidavit for each child since it's a separate petition?

3. Lastly.. In part 7( Use of assets to supplement income) of the form it says if our income exceedsthe poverty guidline , we are not required to complete this part.My question is our income is off $500 to meet the poverty guideline( my husband being unemployed for a couple of months),,but our co -sponsor makes $55k a year.

Do i need to fill out this part or just leave it blank?

Please am begging for ur help so i can send the DS-230 and AOS of my kids.Thank you so very much in advance.

For question 1 - you only need to print the part you are filling out - not the instructions.

For question 3 - if you are are only using income, put in N/A for the assets. Since you are using a co-sponsor, it should not be an issue.

I'll leave the question about the separate forms for the children for someone else to answer.

Good luck!

Make sure to send the original signed I-864 (s) and not a copy, I suggest signing it in blue ink, so it’s clear ‘It’s Original’....
