on September 2009 lawyer fill for me only form I 130 she say after approval I 129 we going to apply for 129f on January 10 I receive approval notice on February 2 my case to NVC my lawyer E mail me on February 6 she say u want to apply for I 129f or fallow the instruction NVC and she say i prefer d you to follow the NVC instruction ,I pay fees for processed application 400$ and 70$ for sponsor AND i got NVC case number After i done everything i asked my lawyer i you going to apply for I 129 f she toll me no because is going to make case complication what to do fallow the instruction I130 without applying for 129f or go apply for I 129f or what is going to happen please I need your help

Once the I-130 was approved the I-129F is no longer an option..... The I-130 petition will be the basis for the spousal visa

With only an I-130 filed, it will be a CR1 path, so this should be moved to the CR1 forum, not K3.

To the OP, your lawyer is incompetent if he's advising you to file an I-129F AFTER the I-130 is approved. The petition would be rejected by your lawyer would keep the fee you paid for him to file it.

You already paid all NVCs fee. Don't file a 129F. Just follow the instructions and you will get your interview date soon.

Did you send the DS230 and I-864 package to NVC yet?

Again, forget about K3, it's no longer an option to you.

thank you gays for help, my lawyer after 130 approve she got her money she never answer her phone she never answer my e-mail so i call her yesterday she dint answer i call her after 2 second with hide ID she answer the phone she act lice she don't care any more i fill all the rest of peeper by my self and VJ helpers again thank you very very mach for helpline me
