change of address while waiting for NOA2

Hi,

I am currently working in Macau and we are still waiting for the NOA2. But I will be resigning from my job effective April 30 and I'll be flying back to the Philippines while waiting for approval. We received our NOA1 Dec 14, 2009 and according to Igor's list our NOA2 might be coming in between March 29 to April 5. Now I am just worried if the approval will come in after I move back to the Philippines and Manila USEM needs to send me some documents they might send it to my address in Macau. How will I notify the concerned office of my change of address and who will I need to inform?
