Got NOA2 hardcopy today

Hello dear esteemed VJers,

We just got our NOA2 today and it says, "The above petition has been approved, and forwarded tothe listed counsulate. Please contact the counsulate with any questions about visa issuance, or if you would now like them to forward to the petition tot different consulate..." My question, is the a standard note on all NOA2? Why didn't the NOA2 notify me that the petition has been forwarded to the Visa Center since it is this office, I thought, which is responsible to forward our petition to the conuslate? Am I wrong?
