Hello ,

I came to the US on F1 visa and i got married right away and i filled the forms I-130 and I-485 and I-765 concurrently .
I-130 has been accepted and i will get the I-797 within 10 days but for I-485 (Adjust Status) my case status says :

your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

I didn't go to the univ at all !!

My question is :

Am i now eligible to adjust status to a permanent resident ?

can anyone help me out ??

You've committed immigration fraud by not attending University at all.

You will receive no help for trying to defraud the system.

Hey ,, you know nothing about immigration ! everything you have told me is full of nonsense ! it is BULLSHIT ! I have got my green card yesterday ! i got it within 2 months only , i didn't go to university and i didn't hire a lwayer too ..... remain silent for god's sake ! don't give false information to people
