Hi fellow VJ's...good day to all of you guys....anyway, just a quick question here, got our NOA1 February 22 (for CR-1)...but my other daughter NOA1 hubby didnt get it yet...do we need to call USCIS about it? or just wait for the NOA1 until it comes? .... and one more thing, today, hubby received USCIS form again for G-325A and I-130 Form instructions....do we need to fill that up again? We already sent our papers with those forms? any input is greatly appreciated...did you guys experience this? that you received a mail from USCIS about instructions on G-325A and I-130 Form AFTER filing the petition and receiving the NOA1? Pls help me understand this guys....Thanks so much and have a Blessed Day... :)

JUNE 23, 2010 - MEDICAL PASSED!

RFE - resend JULY 3, 2010...NVC RECEIVED JULY 14! (ON THEIR SYSTEM)

Case Completed at NVC : AUGUST 16, 2010 (US time)

Interview Date: OCTOBER 4, 2010 ~~~THANKS SO MUCH GOD ALMIGHTY! =)

Interview: APPROVED (Thanks so much Lord)...God is really Good...
