I had filed i-864a with my father to bring my sister's family to u.s 2 years ago. Now i live separately not with my father any more. And my sister and family became permanent residents and they also moved out of my father place.

I am going to file I-864 to sponsor my wife, daughter and mother. In Part 5 section 21.F of form I-864 asking me that If i have sponsored any other persons on an I-864 or I-864 EZ who are now lawful permanent residents, enter the number.

Question?

Because i had filed i-864a and not i-864 or i-864 EZ with my dad to co sponsor my sister family, do i have to include my sister family here?

I really appreciate your answers to my question in advance.

Yes, if you sponsored them, then you are still in the need to count them now.

(The only difference in the 864A and 864/ez is that you lived in the same household, however, the same rules apply for sponsorship)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
