Hello all,,just wanna ask a quick question about the i-864.

We filed jointly and hubby lost his job couple of months ago. In our 2009 income tax it was my husband and my income that is being declared.

My question is.

1. What should I answer in the annual income question, is it the annual income that just my husband earned or will include my income as well? In our 2009 Income tax its both our income.

2. When submitting the Affidavit of support do we need to send all the original documents such as income tax returns, paystubs and etc. etc.?/ just asked coz it would be hard to submit original documents of our co -sponsor.
