If my husband was her on work visa before .. when i fill out the ead it asked has he ever applied for the ead before whats the answer..

Yes, My3 - the EAD is the authorization to work, so he had one before

i thought that cause ead and work visa are 2 differnet things right

my thinking was he never filled out those forms

he was sponsered on behalf of a company

also- he never had an EAD card while working on a H2b......

I came to US on an H1B visa and then married my USC husband. Since my company petitioned for me, I put in NO for the question. Hopefully that's right.
