im in k1 route, i am just confused where can i recieved the I-94 , is it given in the POE and immigration will just stamp something in my visa or passport??? or is my USA K1 visa automatically my I-94???

the I-94 is the form that you fill out either on the airplane or at the POE...they will take half of the form, and staple the other half into your passport, where it should stay until your AOS interview. :yes:

there will also be a stamp in your passport, showing that you've entered and used your k-1 visa, but that is different from the I-94
