In the December 2009 group from CSC waiting on our NOA2 approval.

My petition includes two minor children. Do you think the background checks take longer when there are children in addition to the Fiancee?

My fiance has one child from a previous marriage and we have one together. That being said out case was just as fast, if not faster than others who applied when we did.

that's no reason to take longer. I've seen this week that several people who applied with children in November got their NOA2 so far, you have to wait a little more.

We can all make a difference. Please recycle

No it doesn't take any longer unless the children are of a certain age and have been up to some mischief that came to the attention of the local constabulary.
