Expecting NAO2

Currently we're still waiting on our NAO2, our VJ timeline suggested it would be adjudicated between the 15th of February, and the 25th.. Then it moved up to the 1st of March, then back down to the prior expectation.. It's now the 4th of March, so what I'm wondering is, should we be worried? And if so.. Should we call the USCIS?

I checked Igor's List aswell, and the prior fifteen cases which also sent their 129F at around the same time to ours have been adjudicated around this time; 3rd of March or so.. So I don't know what to think.

Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

Keep your spirits up. Don't freak out. Every case is different and, as such, will require a different amount of time for processing. You can call USCIS if you want, but you'll probably get the standard "Your case is still in the normal processing time" answer. I know you've been patient for a while and it's frustrating to see other cases close to yours already progressing. Be patient just a little while longer; it'll come.

Unfortunately you are still within the USCIS posted guidelines of 5 months processing time for teh I-129F so a phone call to USCIS will not get you any answer other than that they are still procesing petitions within their guidelines.

I would assume that if you haven't received any RFE's prior to now that you should receive your NOA2 any time now.

Thanks to both of you. I guess we'll just have to keep waiting. Like said above, it is annoying seeing other people's cases being approved, where ours is left in the dark.
