I received the hard copy today(3/4/10) of NOA 2 (I-797) My question is does my fiance get a copy as well or do I need to make a copy and send it to her? If so does the copy need to be certified in some way

Your responces to this matter would be greatly appreciated

Actually you should make a copy and keep it for your records.

It is possible your fiancee will need the original NOA2. I know in some countries the fiance(e) needs to show NOA2 or can show NOA2 in place of Packet3 to start the police certificate request or the medical.

Your fiance(e) should have all originals with her/him for the actual Embassy interview including your birth certificate but not your passport. All originals including any copies submitted for I-129F such as airlaine boarding passes, hotel receipts etc...EVERYTHING.

For the PI you dont need your "NOA" for NBI certificate. A copy of your NOA will work for your medical, I would keep the originals with you and send her a copy... USEM will not ask to see your NOA'S at the time of her interview...
