I'm sure you'll be fine for you AOS since you legitmately came with in intentions to stay and get married. I think a lot of people just get frustrated when people do this because, well, we all waited a lot time separated from our significant others to file for a K1 or CR1. That being said, don't take offense, it's just a senstive topic around here. I know I couldn't have just picked up and left Canada and got married on a whim, so I have no hard feelings. I liked the planning and predictability of a visa, personally.

I think right now it would be a good idea to collect some evidence showing that you had no intentions of staying. For example, did you have a job in Canada that you quit when you were in the US? Did you have a lease that you had to break? Did you have a return ticket? A Dr.'s appointment in the future that you had to cancel? Anything that you can show will help your case immensely. They will be looking for red flags showing your intentions... so anything you can show them will help.

Good luck!
