did any body know what the maximum time USCIS can keep your petition with out decision or when your petition get expier or is any time line they have to answer your petition or request

17 month NO DECISION NO RFE IS WEIRD

I FILE MY PETITION (I360 VAWA)10\2008 AND NOTHING IM JUST GOING CRAZY RFE WILL MAKE ME HAPPEY

your petition does not expire........we went two years before having noa2........some people i have ran into have waited even longer you need to start contacting anyone you can find a phone number for take a look at the profile of member gogo good luck and i hope your wait is not much longer
