I tried posting this in another area and got no replies.. just wondering if anyone has tried a walk in at Philly ASC.. the website says appt only, but I am going to get an RFE for a missing 864 and I can't afford to wait any longer than I have to once biometrics letter comes :(

August 11, 2008 - Relocated to Willow Grove, PA from Ontario on TN Sci-tech Visa

March 26, 2009 - Renewed TN Sci-tech visa through to August 4, 2012

April 3, 2009 - Engaged to US Citizen, girlfriend of 1.5 years

September 19, 2009 - Wedding Day in Rockledge, PA

February 22, 2010 - Mailed I-130 + I-485 + I-765 Package (Day 1)

February 26, 2010 - Package arrived @ Chicago Lockbox (Day 5)

March 4, 2010 - Checks Cashed (Day 11)

March 5, 2010 - All Forms Touched (Day 12)

March 8, 2010 - All NOA's Arrived, Dated March 4th (Day 15)

March 12, 2010 - Biometrics Letter Arrives (Appointment 3/23), Dated March 8th (Day 19)

I know this is old, but if you are wanting to walk in for your biometrics at the philly location that should be fine. We have done that and it was no problem.

AOS Process

May 29th 2008- AOS/EAD/I-130 Sent to Chicaogo Lock Box sent via Overnight Delivery

June 6th - Both checks cashed!!

June 25th - Biometrics appointment

Sept. 19th - Card Production Ordered! (113 days since filing)

Sept. 25th - EAD Received!!!

Dec. 5th 2008 - Received appointment letter

Feb. 4th 2009 - AOS Interview (Interviewer says going to recommend for approval)

May 15th- called and talked to an officer to submit a service request

June 10th- Made an infopass appointment,

June 15th- Info pass appointment, told me they could do nothing until the officer made their decision!

June 27 - Filed for I-131 as well as renewal of my work authorization.

July 23rd- Received I-131

Dec 22, 2009 - Biometrics appointment yet again.

January 21, 2010 Second interview

January 22nd - I-485 Touched

January 27th - Received a Request for additonal evidence.

May 27 I-485 Approved

June 13th 2010 - Green card received!

I did it on february and I had no problem. they didn't even say anything about it. I wonder if they noticed...

01/16/2010 Sent AOS Package (I-131,I-485,I-765)

01/19/2010 Package received in Chicago, Received date on NOA

01/25/2010 Date on the back of the check with MSC number NOA Notice date

01/27/2010 Check cashed

01/28/2010 Touch on I-131,I-485, I-765 (also the notice date on biometric appt)

01/29/2010 NOA hard copies received

02/01/2010 Biometrics letter maild by USCIS

02/04/2010 Received biometric letter

02/09/2010 Biometrics done walk-in and I-765 /I-485 touched

02/12/2010 Biometric appointment scheduled

03/12/2010 Interview letter received

04/15/2010 Interview day!8:45 am the interview went well and I was told to wait for the answer 2-4 weeks

04/15/2010 3:00pm Text and e-mail- Card production ordered Status DocumentProduction/Oath Ceremony

04/16/2010 I-485 touched

04/19/2010 Welcome notice received (notice date 04/15/2010)

04/20/2010 Text msg case updated: 2nd card production ordered

04/21/2010 I-485 touched

04/22/2010 Text :Approval notice sent.Status changed to Post-Decision Activity
