Hi everybody...

I am trying to bring my brother to US, I applied last year I - 130 form, recently in like 2 weeks I got two change of my case status first " On February 24, 2010, we transferred this case to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location for additional processing"

like 2 weeks later I got another one " Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office"

I wanted to check processing time and was very wondering that California processing time for my case - bringing brother to US - showing just 5 months!! Nebraska 62 months , average is 33.6 months...something change in time of processing petitions??? Kind of weird dont you think guys?

Let me know what you think about that...

It does not really matter, no point in them rushing when it would just sit further down.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
