Ours was 8 days until NOA1 electronic notification after USPS showed it delivered, 12 days until paper copy arrived in the mail. We live only 120 miles from Chicago, so our NOA1 didn't have far to go.

I've seen timelines of earlier month's filings that were over 10 days before NOA1 electronic notification (plus Confuse from our group), don't be too worried yet.
