I JUST got home from the in-laws'...and AP is here! :dance: :dance: They mailed it on the 7th (hence the touch) through 1st class mail. Did you get a touch today? If so, maybe they mailed it today and it will be with you on Friday.

I am delighted to see my picture doesn't look as bad as all my other visa pictures

Now step one out of 3 completed!

Yay!!! Congrats!!! You are right - AP didn't get a touch on the 7th for us! But it did on the 8th ....so perhaps tomorrow

OMG!! I got and email from USCIS today stating:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On June 9, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice.

Does this mean im gonna get my GC soon???

Oh, by the way, what does ADIT means???

Hi I saw your timeline. So do you normally receive 2 texts/emails saying Card Production Ordered? Or is it even 3 before you receive the actual card in the mail? Just anxious to get mine. I got a text and email last June 4 and today June 9. I wonder when will the card arrives Thanks

Yay! Congrats!! I think it takes about a month to get the GC but hey, you're approved, and know it's in the works so yay! I have no idea what ADIT means... hopefully nothing important. lol

Hi Binow! Yeah, your going to receive 2 txts/emails about Prouduction Ordered and the 3rd one is saying its Approve.

Once u get the 3rd txt/emails approve u'll gonna get ur card the next day or two..

Just hang in there and relax Kabayan..

Yeah,I was reading about this ADIT thing and they're saying it's an old terminology that no longer used by USCIS..

So, im not worry about cuz its already approved..

Hello fellow March fillers, could you help me out? I am new on this forum, I hope people can help me with my situation because I am sooo anxious.

In 2007, my then employer filled an EB3 140/485 package for me, which of course has been stuck in a backlog for a while, however I have been able to use the EAD and advance parole from that application since 2007 (I was previously using H1b). fast forward to may 2009, I got married ot a US citizen and I decided to file another AOS in March this year, so we submitted I130 and I485, and everything went lighting fast, we got called for our interview on May 25th in Baltimore, and the IO was really nice and said she would recommend us for approval, that her supervisor had to sign off and we will get our approval notice in the mail within 3 days. She did not even mention anything about my EB3 application, but she took my I94 card.

On the website, I saw that the I130 was the only thing getting updated post interview and the I485 had not been touched since the week before the interview. On June 1, my husband received the approval notice for the I130 but nothing (email or postal mail) has come for the I485 and I am so anxious. Has anyone been in this sort of situation or know anyone who has gone through this? Please share your thoughts and suggestions because I dont want to go through the reneal process of my EAD and Ap docs anymore, I just want to move on past this immigration forms for a while

Hi Kabayan! Oh so there'd be 3 email messages? I'm just too anxious I thought the first email was 'the one' lol. Now I have to tell my husband to hang in there just a little bit more we were expecting it to be in the mail this week, so if there's still a 3rd message to expect, I think we will receive the card next week, and if hopefully, it won't be lost in the transit , too!
