I think the 3 of us are close and I have same NOA1 as Ashenflowers...except you and I live in Cali so maybe that is why we were not transferred? This is the common belief!

Anyways it would make sense if the touch you got is that they mailed the file...I don't think they would bother sending you an RFE now, when you have an interview already scheduled. We should be good to go! Hope 06.17 comes soon!

My birthday is exactly two weeks after yours! My honey keeps asking me what I want for my birthday. Since M and F and I talk everyday she has already suggested I ask for twins. Now I just need to practice saying it deadpan.

My husband just called saying a package should be arriving today, and said "Don't open it!"....RIGHT! Man, I am home doing nothing all day, what do you expect I should do if you tell me a package for me is gonna coem today???

The only reason I may have an rfe (not now) but maybe later is bc I never submitted 2009 tax returns. In theory, bc i signed the affidavit prior to 4/15 I didn't have to submit 2009 (I did give them the w2 for 2009) but they may ask for it during the interview. I did request an extension to file tax returns which gives me till October.

But how exciting - your interview is less than 2 weeks away!! I hate that ours is so far out ... but I wont complain too much since waiting to receive the actual interview notice was harder!!

Yes we are practically neighbors about an hour apart. I took my husband to San Diego (La Jolla) on his 2nd weekend here ...

Have you gotten everything ready??

To date I'm taking the following:

1. Joint bank statements from 2 banks with ATM cards;

2. Car insurance with his name on the policy;

3. Joint cell phone bill;

4. Church wedding pics + need to find cards from people (since that seemed to be so important from the prior interview)

5. Pics since his arrival;

6. Pics of our bedroom (I thought of this last night)

7. Probably a letter or 2 from non-relatives

I think that's all I have so far.

That's totally a myth I think. I live in California too, and was transferred!

Anyways, I'm glad you guys have your interview dates at least! So you know when it's going to happen. I hope you get the AOS cards soon! I hope I get mine approved soon, but all I really needed right now was EAD, so I can relax (well, after I get the actual card I can relax... lol).

Matt picked up his birth cerificate from his mom's house yesterday. We got an updated letter from his employer with updated salary, tax return for 2009 (I didn't submit it either as we filed before April 15th), paytubs for last 2 months.

As for proof:

-Health insurance cards showing me as dependant

-Car pink slip for my new car showing joint ownership (IO doesn't need to know I actually blew my own savings away to buy it )

-Joint bank account (savings+checking)

-Cell phone bill (Though my name doesn't show- just says he has 2 lines so I'm not sure)

-Pics of wedding, bridal shower at his work, congrats cards (we do have a lot), pictures taken over the last few years

-Rental agreement for our condo with both names on it

-Marriage cerificate

-Emails between his mom and I about the wedding

Can you think of other stuff? Our car insurance is separate as he wants to wait until his expires in August and then get a joint one. Gas and electric and cable are in mine and his name respectively. It was a hassle to add somebody else on it.
