WHOOOOOAAAAAHHH !!!

The Production of my AOS CARD has been ordered!!!!!!!! :D

You guys, I feel like I can hand the earth back to Atlas, now!

Whooooohoooo!!! Such an immense relief!

I want to really thank all of you all SO MUCH for your patience, understanding, and help during my AOD journey.

Good luck to all of you who are still waiting for the good news: it WILL come. :)

Im sorry bout ur interview..That is so frustrating. After long month of waiting and worrying and get ready for interview they will tell u they don't have ur file, what the??!!! Ugh!!

Anyway, I went to the same office in Irving for Infopass last month because I wanna know what's my other option if my husband leaves the country for work and im gonna have my interview w/o him...The lady seems nice, she listens to us and tell us that they can't do anything until they have my papers and she can't check it online because thier 'COMPUTER IS DOWN"

huh!! :angry: kinda pissed me off but what can I do..!!

Your case is at CSC so you should have no interview. But still as you said it would be better to leave with your green card. When is your husband leaving?

WOW....SORRY ABOUT THAT...... i WONDER WHERE THESE FILES ARE COMING FROM!!! THAT'S CRAZY WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE WHERE YOUR FILE IS CURRENTLY. I GUESS YOU HAVE TO POSTPONE THE INTERVIEW IF YOUR HUBBY WONT BE IN THE COUNTRY. I ALSO HOPE YOU WONT GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THRU SINCE I AM LOST JUST LIKE MY FILE. DONT EVEN KNOW MY NEXT MOVE AND USCIS CUST SVCE WONT HELP COZ THEY SAY I NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH IRVING OFFICE. SO I WILL TRY INFOPASS ON MONDAY.

Weirdest thing just happened ...

I checked USCIS (as I do way too often throughout the day) and his I485 had a touch today?!

WHAT! Any thoughts?! Last touch was 5/3 and I already received our interview notice last week ...

OMG ....Maybe they are prepping the file and we might have an RFE???

This is out of the Santa Ana office - which majority of the time does Interviews - and since we received interview notice I know transfer is out of the question.

Ok - thanks to Jewel who is always too smart and knows how to bring me back to reality ...

It's probably the bio results getting matched to husband's file or our file being moved to local office ... either one would make sense ;) hehe

No more touches on my case today... still nothing on AOS since May 4th, nothing on EAD since May 3rd. :crying: I'm hoping in the next week or two things start moving along!! Especially with all of you moving so fast now! :)
