It is seriously getting frustrating. I'm still waiting for my EAD that apparently got approved the third time on the 18th of this month. I need it so bad so I can finally be a part of the society. I want to work, I want to be able to drive on my own and actually do things that I want. I passed by nursing board exam last month here in the US, fortunately for me the nursing home in town badly needs nurses asap.Even the hospital next town has 3 open positions for nurses! I am getting antsier by the second, literally! Unfortunately for me, I don't have the freaking EAD yet. Sorry, I am justventing. Well, just my luck, I guess.

Have you tried calling and asking them where it is? Everyone is having delays now.. maybe they will admit that they are having problems of some kind and let you know what's going on. Probably not, but hey it's worth a try, right? ;)

Received the EAD on the mail today, so yes, if you have received one or two approval text/email notifications, your EAD is near... You WILL receive your EAD a few days after the third approval text/email.

Saturday, May 29th, we received the EAD Card in the mail (very pretty card). An hour later got a text from USCIS, (yes, on a Saturday) AOS card production was ordered on May 28th. Will let you know when we actually receive the card.

Saturday was a good day. We spent the whole day collecting job applications and returned home to find EAD cards for Oksana and Lera.

Now all we have to do is get them a job so I can stay home and enjoy a life of luxury. :devil:

So I have come to the conclusion I might as well wait for my GC. My interview is in 2 weeks and if all goes well I should have the card by the end of June (I hope?). If EAD is approved this week like it should, I probably see the card only a few days before the Green Card. Still, I would feel better to have at least AP in hand this week or the next as I will be going to Italy for a week at the beginning of July and just want to make sure I have that in case the GC is delayed.

Hello guys,

We are AOS march fillers as well.

I'm completely anxious about all this process because I want to start to work and be able to travel and see my family in my country.

On may 28th they touched my case in the website.

Today I received a mail about my I-131 travel document application that worried me more than I'm actually worried.

It says,

After review we have decided to treat the appeal filed in the above case (I131) as a Service motion to reopen or

Service motion to reconsider. You will receive a notice under separate cover once all action has been completed.

Does anyone know what it means??
