Looks like we have the same timeline (transferred on 4/9), but my last update on the AoS was 5/4/2010.

As far as I know our last touch was 5/4, the day after Biometrics. Right now I can check the statuses by typing in the number, but I still cannot log onto the USCIS account to see the Last Updated Date.

I hope I haven't actually locked myself out, as the hubby refuses to call them. :(

Our VisaJourney started July 2009 when I mailed the 129-F

Fiance here February 2010, married 10 days later

GC received in the mail 10-Jun-2010

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

I thought I did that too, but the website is simply down. and I think according to your timeline you should be close to at least AP and EAD so cheer up! My case is not even at CSC and I've had to touch since after bio too, so I am trying REEEEEEEAAAALLLY hard to be patient and optimistic :)

Thanks for the support. :) It's just getting harder the longer this goes on. The money situation is putting a bit of a strain on things, mostly because of memories of my ex from several years ago not wanting to get a real job so our newborn could have diapers. I just have to keep reminding myself that my husband is the most incredible man I have ever met and that this is only temporary. He has already started applying for jobs so that is really helping.

It can't be much longer for us March filers now. We are already more than halfway to the 'SR for EAD' point of over 3 months.

I hear you. My husband has a really good job, I had some savings and my mom helped me to buy a car, but I am still IMPATIENT because I want a job so bad, and I actually have a couple of contacts that are only waiting on my EAD to (hopefully) make me an offer. And the savings are slowly disappearing! The money situation can become a problem, but try not to let it do that. Like you said, we are getting close now so a few weeks (hopefully less) won't make a difference. One day this will be a memory, just like the K1 process! At least now we are with our husbands, right? Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Philippines
Timeline

USCIS site is now working, no change in status still on initial review AOS & EAD.

When we first submitted our timeline to VisaJourney they were predicting last week for adjudication of the EAD. It has since changed to this week. There's only today and tomorrow left, hopefully there's some action.

Although our money hasn't gotten that tight yet like some of you (we eloped, saved a bunch doing that I'm sure), Vicky's getting bored of playing video games and cooking and cleaning and I'm sure is ready for a bit more interaction with the rest of the world.

Hopefully EAD production will be ordered soon.

Congrats to all those recently finished with that step!

YAY! And you are not at CSC either, so it gives me hope mine will be approved by the end of May around the 60 days mark...I am kind of frustrated these days seeing people that are 3 weeks to a month behind me getting transfered to CSC or getting lots of touches, while my case sits there, but oh well, PATIENCE is key :)

We did a really small wedding so we saved some too, but yeah, the activities you described above are pretty much the same I engage in every day! I am starting to see some of the advantages of video games

Timeline

Got our interview notice for June 14th in the mail yesterday! My husband immediately knew from the look on my face that I got SOMETHING from immigration. Our online status is still stuck on initial review and the last touches are on 4/30/10 for the I-485 and I-765 (the day after my biometrics), and 4/1/10 for the other two forms.

I just read another thread talking about needing affidavits for the interview - what do y'all suggest? Both our parents live abroad and don't speak English all that well, so it'll be more of a hassle to ask them to write. Would friend's affidavit count as much? Do they need to be notarized? Also, are those of you planning to bring photos - are you just print them out on plain paper or are you going to use nice photo papers?

Ahh! I'm getting nervous about this interview already! I hope I don't forget to bring anything and that we'll get a nice officer...

I'm keeping a blog detailing this journey!
