Hi everybody!

Our case was transfered to CSC as well. After doing a little bit of research and asking some of the "veterans" in the business I found out that most likely an interview won't be necessary for the cases transfered. So it's good news!

I've had my biometrics in April and I am waiting for my EAD now.

OK so I am starting to worry that I did something wrong. I see many people with a similar timeline to me who are getting approved or at least touched. My case hasn't been touched since April 19. I feel like tugging on the USCIS' sleeve and saying, "What about me?"

I'm going to wait until around May 23rd before I start taking it personally though. haha (According to my timeline that's when the EAD should be adjudicated)

I'm a little apprehensive becuase as I mentioned, my husband's biometrics failed. They let him walk in and retake them. However, even after that re-take there wasn't a touch on his file so maybe the walk-in didn't accomplish anything.

For those of you have tried to contact the USCIS about your case, who/where did you call?

Ours arrived at CSC and then I received an update telling me it was received at an office and was being processed. That is still our current status. I hope these all start being processed soon. I am afraid my husband has the the late biometrics appointment working against him though.

LOL I know I am pretty much the same way. My case has not even been transferred and now I am freaking out I'll get an interview right when I'm supposed to be in Italy this July for family stuff. anyways, I only gt touched after biometrics and that's it!

As for the number, I called the one on the Notice of Action. i suggest you hit the numbers as if your case is out of their processing times just so you can get to talk to a person. That's what i did when my BM appointment wasn't showing yup and even if it was almost 30 days she was nice and put in a SR. Funny enough, BM appointment showed up that very same day!

Anyways, I'm not sure they can't do anything, as your status was still updated on 04/19 and that's still less than 60 days so to them it means they are processing it. Boo!

I have a question. I received my EAD 2 weeks ago which is wonderful. Now my AOS has not been touched since 03/19/2010, after my biometrics. I had a second set of biometrics for the AOS 04/12 and no touch after that. When should I get concerned.

From what I heard on the phone from the automated message, USCIS considers itself out of the processing time only if your case has not been updated or you haven't received anything for 60 days. So my advice (which I should follow as well, by the way!) is to wait and give it a little more time. Sometimes the website is not reliable and you might get something in the mail any day. I got my BM on 04/29, but had no updates since 04/07. So cheer up, at least you have your EAD

It was reported to us that your IP address or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use. In order to avoid this issue, please create a Customer account (single applicant) or a Representative account (representing many individuals). "

Yeah, I just got that too. I think it's the site, I only checked it once this morning, and then now.

LOL, we are checking too many times! I bet they hate VJ because people here are informed and know what's up so we make them work when they are lagging

Yep...there has been several times where something has happened on my case (NOA2, approvals, etc) and the website has not updated. So, I always took the site with a grain of salt, because you know for sure if you get something in the mail!

As for people not getting touches for a while....maybe think of it this way - no news is good news. You can assume everything is fine with your case, and it is happy waiting in line with all the other AOS cases. No touches means no RFE's at least!

Looks like we have the same timeline (transferred on 4/9), but my last update on the AoS was 5/4/2010.
