Yep, another touch and nothing has changed!!!

Funny thing is, because the webpage was loading slowly and I did not see the "Initial Interview" button is blue, so I thought my case has past that the went right into "Document Production". Of course that "Initial Interview" button is blue again before I realized it.

Oh well...

Are these touches on the AOS or the EAD?

By the way, how did you guys find out that your case was transfered to CSC? Email, letter? or can you see it on the website?

I got a touch on AOS and EAD both yesterday and today, but it's for sure because I took my bio yesterday...we shall see now!

We received a text telling me to check the website. Then a letter in the mail a few days later.

My EAD and AP has not been updated since mid-March, but who cares, as long as the GC comes!

I am sensing that something is going to happen really soon.... Hope for the best!

Looking back on astrid's posts I found that she got a touches on 4/21 and 4/22, then on 4/27 she was sent a notice saying approved on 4/26. So HOPEFULLY we will get more approvals for the group within the week.

Hmm.. we got touches on both EAD and AOS today and it's the day after biometrics. I am thinking it is normal to have both, but I'm still hopeful that Dave gets an approval within the week. He is antsy to start working, even if he just takes a temp job while waiting for interviews at the companies he really wants to work for. FINGERS CROSSED!!!

We had three touches after the text and update saying it was sent to CSC on the 9th of April. The first I assume was boxing it up to send it. Then one when it might have arrived. Then another on 4/19 when it was moved perhaps? None were on consecutive days.

From reading back on the thread the only person we have that was approved and told us her play-by-play had been touched on 4/9 and 4/10 that I assume were from the pack arriving and being moved. Then the 4/21 and 4/22 that might have been adjuciating?? I love making assumptions. The bad part is I might be waaaaaay off.

Do you remember seeing any other touches JRSmooth?

I must admit I am hoping for like a Friday notice also!! Either that or there is something real funny in my 485 file and everyone wants to see it cause I've sure had a lot of touches lately!!!

Ummmm I feel like at this point I probably won't get transferred to CSC, my bio letter took 1 month to get to me and I've had no touches whatsoever between NOA1 on 04/07 and yesterday when I walked in for fingerprints. At least I hope my walk in will speed it up a little and not slow it down. I just want to see stuff happening!

Well we received a letter stating the case was transfered to CSC on 4/19, and there is a touch on the 19th. Nothing since then, until 5/3, and then 5/4, no TXT or email since the transfer.

Last night, we received emails saying that my husband's EAD and AP have been approved!

Although he's a bit disappointed to go to work before the World Cup even begins, he is ready to get out there and start working.

You are pretty much spot on with my case. Transfer notice online on 4/1, 4/9 and 4/10 it got to CSC (took it a while to get here, lol) and I guess put in line, 4/22 it was adjudicated and approved. Card production was ordered the 26th.

And I had all the same touches and pretty much identical timeline, and still in "initial review", for what that's worth lol.

Trying to predict these things is fairly impossible, I learned that during the K1 process, everyone's case is a little different.
