My husband's biometrics is today. I hope AOS or EAD are processed sometime soon as well. He put in for one job at a large company, but we don't anticipate them even calling for a job interview for another month. Even if they did call soon they wouldn't have to wait too long for him to be legal to start I don't think.

So I succesfully walked in for my biometrics appointment today! :dance: The office is on San Marcos (North San Diego County), they were very nice. I had 3 people in fron of me but only 1 for bio, other than that it wasn't busy at all!

Now let's wait some more and hopefully I will be getting touches soon- I walked in 3 weeks before the appointment I hope it will speed things up for me since my case has been pretty slow!

We are moving pretty good ourselves, our case was transferred and we did our bio on 4/29. Our case keeps getting "touches" which is good. We are getting emails and text messages.. Good luck to everyone on your journies.star_smile.gif

Got my welcome notice in the mail today - very, very cool to see the"Welcome to the United States of America" up the top of it!

I'm also relieved, because I had started to convince myself that they made a mistake, and that there was no way I was approved yet. So this makes me very hopeful that the approvals will come rushing through for everyone!!

We had a touch today also. Ours might only be because Biometrics was yesterday. I'm going to pretend they are reviewing it so I can feel better though. Hubby wants to get to work on something not XBox related. ;)

Yep, another touch and nothing has changed!!!

Funny thing is, because the webpage was loading slowly and I did not see the "Initial Interview" button is blue, so I thought my case has past that the went right into "Document Production". Of course that "Initial Interview" button is blue again before I realized it.

Oh well...
