No touch here since 04/07 and no biometrics letter either...Trying to stay optimistic here but I see my case is not moving at all in comparison to most post I read:(

Biometrics today, very easy quick process. :thumbs: Also USCIS already shows touches on 485 and 765.Is that the usual?? :blink:

When you get your biometrics done, you get touches because they enter the data for your fingerprints into the said applications. No touches on AP coz they dont need fingerprints for that

Is it normal?? :(

9th March 2010 - Checks cashed
12th March 2010 - All 4 NOA's received

March 5, 2010: Chicago received AOS packet (USPS: Delivered,

March 17, 2010: 4 NOA's received via text and email!

March 25, 2010: Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

April 14, 2010: Biometrics Completed

April 14, 2010: Biometrics "Original" Appointment

Awesome! Congratulations.

I just checked 'my case status' and our form I-130 has the following showing on it.

"On March 31, 2010, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent"

I have received all the NOA's (3 NOA's excluding one for I-130) and biometrics (done on April 15th) and these guys say that a letter/notice was returned. Its still under initial review. Only for I-130......hmmm. I did file all the same paperwork you filed (EAD/Teavel/AOS and Petition) I wonder why they sent something to my wife. I called them and they said i should have my wife call with me so they can even discuss the I-130. Wierd that we didnt see anything in the mail.

So we went to the biometrics local office (santa ana) yesterday.

Wanted to see if they would let us just "walk in".

They didn't. :(

Maybe because we went in the afternoon?

Was going to try to go early this morning ...but opted not to.

Maybe next week.

Exciting to hear that someone already got an interview notice!

Umm, maybe they accept walk ins only if they are not too busy? Was it crowded when you went? Hope you can do it next week! Looking at your timeline, I feel better about how long it could take for the biometrics letter to get to California...my last touch is 04/07 then nothing!

Our package was delivered to Chicago on 3/12 and we received our biometrics letter on 4/16. You might have a wait as everything is slowed down right now with the TPS issues.

Our VisaJourney started July 2009 when I mailed the 129-F

Fiance here February 2010, married 10 days later

GC received in the mail 10-Jun-2010

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

BABY GIRL BORN JULY 2011!!!
