I received an e-mail last night that my wife's I 130 was approved :dance: but I did not receive a email for my daughter's I 130. :( When I went to the uscis site it says that her case was updated yesterday also. Is it possible it is approved but the system is not updated? Also is it possible that her I 130 could be approved much later.

NOA Mailed 12/24/09

NOA 1 received 1/04/10

NOA 2 received e-mail notification 3/2/10

it is possible...on the day that ours was approved i know the site updated twice...once showing the touch and once showing the approval. Congrats!!!

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

That sucks.,.hopefully it will be something easy to get...suck that you have to wait for it in the mail. I know our RFE was dated a week before it was ever mailed.

Sorry to hear about the RFE. Hopefully, it will only cause a few weeks delay. You can delay the wife's CR1 process at the NVC to let the daughter's CR2 catch up.

Received the RFE today for my daughter. They want a copy of the birth certificate, which I sent with the original application :angry: The RFE says that both parents name should be on the birth certificate but it says unknown for the farther. So I am writing a letter explaining that if the parents are unmarried, and the farther does not take responsibility for the child they put unknown for his name.
