Disability Accommodations on I-485 (and one G325A question)

Hi, my husband wears a prosthesis on his right arm. He lost his hand above his wrist in a childhood accident. One of the questions on the I-485 asks whether you are requesting accommodation for a disability - but accommodation for what? For filling out the application, or for your general life in the U.S.? He is totally functional, fully employable (in fields that don't require full use of both arms, so construction is out, for example), and doesn't *need* accommodation. But if we check that he's not asking for it, does that mean he's waiving any rights he *might* be entitled to as a disabled resident? I'm just not sure what the implications are for responding one way or another to this question.

And let me sneak a quick G-325A question in here: his employment history doesn't all fit in the space provided. There's one job we can't fit on there, and without it his history doesn't go back 5 years. Can I write "see attached" and include another sheet of paper with the full employment history?

Thanks,

Thanks,

I think they are asking if you need special accommodations when visiting any of the USCIS's offices, such as someone in a wheel chair. The USCIS just wants all people treated fairly, disability or not. He's not waiving any rights.

Thanks,

As previously answered... if he's blind for instance and will be bringing a seeing eye dog. If he needs to bring someone to read things for him or special equipment if he can't speak (like those typewriter things). So it sounds like a "no" for you guys.

Re the G-325A. In the last space for employment write "see attached" and attach a sheet of paper listing the form it's an attachment for, the question it relates to, and then write out the WHOLE list, not just the ones you're missing. Here's an example that I did for employment: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...st&id=12098 obviously you would have the same number of columns as the question you're answering. You also need to list the person name and alien number on the sheet.

Hope that helps :)
