Will be getting ready soon to submit packet for AOS so I have to seperate questions:

1. My fiancee does not have any records to show any immunizations and will not be able to get any proof of any prior being completed. What shots would she need and is there something about age as far as immunizations that she would not need she is 48 is there a graph or something I can read to find out what she will need, or maybe someone knows from experience.

2. When I file for AOS I found the fee for I-485 $1010 now to continue with this for I-765 Employment Authorization cost is $340 and I-131 AP is $305 is that a total of $1655.00, I am confused because I thought I have read somewhere in the furum they can be submitted at the same time and only the $1010 is required the other 2 forms I will not be rquired to pay. I'm lost here any help will be appreciated.
