Daniel and I filed on March 4th. We have, today recieved notice that our application has been approved. It has been a long 3 months. We are both really happy about out news today and wish everyone still waiting the best of luck.

I knew when I bought my tickets to visit my namorado here in Brazil that we'd get our NOA2 while I was here! Nothing yet, but I'll be here for a while. :D

Congrats to everyone who received already, and hang on everyone still waiting! It's almost over!

3/9/2010 - Sent in packet to VSC.

3/11/2010 - Packet arrived at VSC.

3/12/2010 - NOA1 Sent out.

3/16/2010 - Check cashed.

3/17/2010 - Touched.

3/18/2010 - NOA1 Received!

6/2/2010 - Notice of Approval email!

Now I am starting to get worried. I know we got a touch, but I didn't get an e-mail or a text about it. The only way I found out was by checking the USCIS website. I am worried that we may get an RFE or we get this touch and nothing for another month. Looks like everyone that got their NOA2 got an e-mail/text about it. Sorry to vent, again. :huh:

05-26-10 Received RFE dated 05-21-10 (I forgot to answer a question, grr)

05-26-10 Replied to RFE

06-08-10 NOA2

09-08-10 Interview (187 days from NOA1)

10-05-10 Visa Issued

10-19-10 POE Atlanta

10-28-10 Wedding

05-17-11 AOS Interview APPROVED!! "Green Card" is on it's way.

Congratulations to all who have received their NOA2 already...still in the long wait here unfortunately =(.

But, at least it seems Vermont is picking up speed from the virtual stand-still a month or so ago. Hoping more NOA2s for March filers!!!

We are also in the same situation, same date a touch. Keep your hopes up, and expect the best results, dont even think anything negative, its all going to be alright!!!

Hmm.. I am wondering something here.. Looks like a few of us that either got touched or received their NOA2 last week are from the Atlanta Field office, but we all had varying dates. I wonder if they seperate them by that when they come in.. hmm :unsure:

Thanks for letting me know I am not the only one is this boat. Bless my sweet man's heart for having to put up with my worry wart nature during this time, it must be love. lol :P

Hey folks in this thread. Some of y'all know my antics if you ever read February, but I'm greasing up a pig, putting a thong and bowtie on my midget, swinging on the brass pole. Time for some dirty dancing. I filed in Feb, had a NOA1 of March 5, just got text approved. Beer swilling ans sheep romancing is happening tonight. Keep 'em coming VSC.

Got an email today from USCIS saying that we've been approved. E is currently visiting me in Australia, so we were able to celebrate together, but will have to wait until he gets home to see the hardcopy NOA2.

Just received our NOA2 today (well yesterday but just notified today)!!! Only 1 touch when we first filed...so excited =). One step closer to being with the love of my life =).
