Sooo happy!

Approved! Interview took 5/6 minutes. Very simple questions.

Lots of good news for my fellow March filers. YAY! 2 weeks from now I am off to see my love. So excited about being able to attend the interview with him. This whole long distance thing is getting harder by the second for me, I am having so many emotional moments here lately. I know this visit couldn't have come at a better time. Hopefully back soon with good news.

Visa approved yesterday .. Yay.. Now my love will be with me forever.

Didnt recieved the passport yet, they said it will come in mail in 3-7 business days.

Will update the question which was asked to my fiancee for interview.

08/25/09 - Met her after 7yrs. Spent almost 13hrs together.
09/09/09 - Proposed her for first time.
09/16/09 - Proposal accepted from her on conditional basis (If Parents Agree)
09/27/09 - Parents met me and interrogated me. Approved!!!
10/02/09 - Unofficial Engagement between families when they met.
10/25/09 - Official Engagement Day.

Interview was last Wednesday. German police certificate was needed since Daz was stationed in Germany while in the Army. Embassy said everything else was perfect, and Visa would be approved once the police certificate came back with no indiscretions. Hoping to get this cleared up within a few weeks. Gutted that no visa was issued that day, but thankful it's something that can be taken care of. Think happy thoughts - think happy thoughts..

Congratulations to all the March filers like myself who have already had their interviews and were approved. And good luck to those whose interviews are coming up.

I managed to book my interview online today...November 23 in Montreal. :dance: Anyone else here have an interview that same day?

My interview will come at the same time that Tim is scheduled for 2 weeks holidays, so he'll be driving up to be with me for the interview. Once I have my visa in hand, we're turning around and going "home" together.

Any fellow March filers married yet? We have an October 28th date, if our Visa is in hand before then. So happy that this part of the process is almost over. The AOS will be stressful, but at least we will be together. Best wishes for everyone!!!

We are planning for the 3rd or 4th week of October. It depends when the rings will be sized and back from the shop. We did get a SSN and card, it was pretty painless.

Great!! We are still waiting on the Visa to be send back, but it should be very soon!
