Called DOS again today and they said packet 3 was mailed out from the embassy to my fiance yesterday! Woohoo! :dance:

Called NVC today.. They said the Packet was mailed to Mumbai Consulate yesterday.. Hopefully reaching in by Monday. Any idea's on how to track that package? shud i put my approval date?

Grrrrrr....Been tracking what I believe is our package based on when NVC told me it was shipped and it's been stuck in the UK for 2 days for some reason. Another package to Lebanon that I tracked was much faster, arriving to transit in the UK and then being flown out in a matter of hours. :crying: I just emailed DHL since I'm out of the country. God, how awful would it be if it were lost!

They just told me if it isn't delivered today, to call back tomorrow and they'll put a trace on it. Ours has been "on the way" to London Heathrow from East Midlands for 30 hours, compared to the other Lebanon package from the day before us that took only 3 hours.

On DHL's website do "track by shipper's reference." Then put in the date NVC told you it was shipped in this format EXP 24 JUN 2010A, put a date range that matches that, and choose India as the destination.

I checked using the format above, and selecting a date range from the 24th-26th, and it pulled up three going to India, only one to Mumbai. It's probably yours! Tracking number 8885410531.

Mine was stuck somewhere between East Midlands and Dublin for three days! But it got there eventually.

Hey folks,

So we are still waiting on ANYTHING from VSC regarding our NOA2 or even an RFE. Very frustrating for us. Our NOA1 was received March 3rd (!)

I called the other day and they gave me the run around. Said we were still "on schedule" since the petition is within 5 months.

So I read a little about some people calling their Senators. Any advice on this? What exactly would I say regarding the process being late (other than a reference to this website).

Thanks a lottt... I think n hope that's my package this time. Its still stuck in UK as DHL website states but im hoping its in Mumbai and being sunday they wont scan the package. So hopefully it will be delivered Monday.. Fingers Crossed.

Hello All!!

Firstly, I would like to say that this site has been very helpful with my I-129f application. Now to the problem... I filed an I-129 F application and I received the NOA1 dated March 11th. My case was "touched" on March 16th and now.....nothing.

I have called the 800 # a few times and they said that I cannot open an investigation on this case unless it's been 5 months since March 11th!!!

Do you guys have any other suggestions?

Please help.
