Yes, good luck everyone who is still waiting. I have noticed Tuesday's sometimes are a good day for approvals.

Got my approval e-mail on TUESDAY the 1st of June, but sadly the file is still sitting at the NVC where it's been since the 3rd, as the clock relentlessly ticks away in Bogota without me. :crying:

I'm all ready to e-mail out PDF files of the shortcut forms to Bogota, and tomorrow is the supposedly critical 15th of the month date for doing that. Am I correct in my understanding that Bogota must have physically received the actual DHL package in their hands before I can send the shortcut? Is there any point in sending it tonight or tomorrow on the chance that they may already have my case files electronically in their possession in advance of NVC bothering to fill up a courier box for DHL?:help:

I know it's frustrating. :( I was telling myself I would stop coming here because seeing April approvals from VSC was really getting me down, but I'm sure you will hear something very very soon.

Does anyone happen to know if an RFE is reported through email/USCIS website?

If not, I may have had something mailed to me that was not collected since I am abroad. Or at least that is my fear!

Yes, the third circle on the front page says "Request for Evidence".

I got the NVC letter on 6/10 and our case was sent out the same day to China, but it has been sitting in customs at Guangzhou in "clearance delay" status for five days now. I am not sure what clearance delay means, but I guess it's backed up going through customs.

thank you Churchland

we don't have our hard copy of our NOA2 yet.. worried that the case might get stuck in NVC. hoping that it will soon sent out to USEM manila.

I think that latest touch is that your barcode on your file was scanned at USCIS and sent to NVC. We got our NOA2 on 6/1, then a touch on 6/2. You will probably get your NVC hardcopy in the next day or two. I got mine in about 8 days after that last touch by USCIS.
